Responsibilities
🔸 Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on job-specific tasks and products.
🔸 Design and implement customized training programs covering products, procedures, and continuous learning.
🔸 Support new hires during their onboarding period with listening sessions, feedback meetings, and ongoing development plans.
🔸 Create, update, and refine call scripts and communication guides to help agents perform at their best.
🔸 Play a key role in improving team performance through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
🔸 Collaborate closely with team managers to help them achieve their goals and strengthen team engagement.
Your profile
🔹 Strong leadership and the ability to motivate and unite teams.
🔹 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Clear, confident, and engaging communication style.
🔹 Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
🔹 Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
🔹 Empathy, creativity, and an innovative mindset.
🔹 Solid proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
