Leadership of multi-site structures, corporate governance, long-term vision and alignment between shareholders and teams.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer Β· Connecting Business Canada
Technology entrepreneur based in Montreal, leading Connecting Business Canada. Over 19 years of experience in call centers, digital transformation and digital services, serving a Quebec, Canadian and European clientele.
Graduate in Computer Science from the Central University of Tunis in 2006, Oussama Mili began his career in Tunis at SELLBYTEL Group / Hewlett-Packard (HP), the Tunisian site dedicated to European clientele. There, he methodically progressed through every technical tier: HP technical support agent, then Technical Coach. He was subsequently assigned to the VIP unit dedicated to the seven most senior executives of Renault France, before taking responsibility for the technical coordination of complex cases β orchestrating the interface between the technical hotline, internal experts and field technicians β then leading the training and management of the Technical Coach team.
Six years that forged a rare expertise: managing high-end client relationships, resolving critical cases at distance, and transferring know-how to demanding technical teams β for some of the most recognized European brands of their sector.
In 2013, he joined Connecting Business Services in Tunis as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, supporting its growth β from 20 to 110 team members. In 2014, he made the entrepreneurial leap by founding IYES SARL, a web development and IT solutions agency. In April 2018, he created Connecting Business Plus in Sfax β a BPO and francophone call center structure that reached 100 team members in less than nine months.
At the heart of this journey, one constant: the conviction that a company is only as strong as its people. More than one hundred team members have been managed, trained or recruited across these successive roles β supervisors, project leads and operations managers who today form the true pillars of the group. It is through this solid management line, built on trust and talent retention, that production is run on a daily basis.
That said, Oussama Mili has never stepped away from operations. Despite his CEO duties and his direct commercial follow-up with clients, he remains fully engaged on the ground β 100% involved in service quality, in permanent contact with his managers, present in team reviews as well as in client steering committees. A rare posture at this level of leadership, and one of the keys to the group's client loyalty.
In February 2025, he crossed the Atlantic and launched Connecting Business Canada in Montreal. This North American implementation does not duplicate the Tunisian operations: it complements them, in a logic of specialization by market, designed to offer each client the best possible point of contact.
CBC is now the group's strategic hub for the Quebec and North American market β francophone Quebec clientele, bilingual Canadian companies and US clients seeking a francophone partner with proximity. The Montreal teams address these interlocutors with the local anchoring they expect: knowledge of Quebec cultural codes, Law 25 compliance, aligned time zone, and physical presence in Montreal (410, St-Nicolas, suite 236).
In parallel, Connecting Business Plus, from Sfax, remains the group's historical operational center for European clients β primarily French and Belgian companies β with over a hundred francophone team members specialized in telesales, multichannel customer support, telesecretary services and back office. This geographical distribution gives clients the best of both worlds: cultural proximity on their market, continental operational depth, and a unified governance at the head of the group.
Β« What I bring to my clients is the operational rigor learned at the highest level of European technical support, combined with the strength of teams managed, trained and retained over the years β and that I continue, every day, to support in the field. Β»

After nineteen years serving demanding brands β Hewlett-Packard, Renault France and dozens of European SMEs β one conviction has emerged: operational quality is born from the care given to teams. Not slogans, not dashboards. People who are trained, listened to and retained.
This is the DNA Oussama Mili installed in Montreal: a stable team, close supervision β provided by himself and his managers β and total transparency with the client (real-time KPIs, call recordings, weekly reportings).
Meet Oussama βΒ« A company is never stronger than the human quality of its teams. Processes matter, but they replace neither trust nor a sense of craft. Β»
Β« A lasting client relationship is built over time, never through contractual penalties. Our commitment is not to be one more vendor, but a partner who stays in for the long run. Β»
Β« You only serve a market well if you respect its codes. For each market we operate in, we adapt language, quality standards and regulatory framework β without compromise. Β»
A leader's journey only matters to a prospect if it translates into operational value. Here, point by point, is what nineteen years of fieldwork and three companies built from scratch bring directly to your campaigns.
Nineteen years of day-to-day operational practice: your campaigns start on tested foundations, not on a learning curve you're paying for.
A structure designed, refined and operated at over a hundred team members spares you the pain points of young organizations: turnover, disorganization, quality erosion mid-mission.
Over one hundred supervisors, project leads and managers trained in-house over time. Your accounts are entrusted to seasoned, loyal professionals β not juniors rotated every three months.
The founder remains involved in operations. Your priorities surface quickly, decisions are made without intermediaries, and your commercial relationship is built with the person who actually decides.
A Quebec-based organization for your North American counterparts; a European team for your clients in France and Belgium. No cultural compromise imposed on your end customers.
Three companies, one leadership. Methodological consistency, uniform quality and consistent contractual commitments across all group implementations.
